We are seeking a Sales Trainer to improve the skills and performance of our sales team, preferably in the freight forwarding/logistics industry.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Conduct training on sales, negotiation, communication, and customer handling.
- Train teams on lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and client management.
- Develop training materials, role plays, and practical exercises.
- Provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training.
- Track training effectiveness through KPIs and assessments.
- Identify skill gaps and maintain training records.
- Keep teams updated on industry and market trends.

Requirements:-
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–6 years of experience in sales training or coaching.
- Solid sales, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate teams and analyze performance.
