Female Sales Telecaller

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and result-oriented Female Sales Telecaller to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to convert leads into customers through phone calls and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Call potential customers and explain the companys products and services.

- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into clients.

- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.

- Maintain daily call records and update the CRM/database.

- Coordinate with the sales team for lead management.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.

- Schedule product demos or meetings for the sales team when required.

- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.

Required Skills

- Excellent Hindi communication skills (Basic English preferred)

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills

- Good telephone etiquette

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, Internet)





- Ability to work under sales targets

- Good follow-up and customer handling skills

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Team player with good time management skills

Eligibility

- Female Candidate

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate

- Fresher and Experienced candidates can apply

- Experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales will be an added advantage
