Role Description The Sales Telecaller role is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to prospective and existing clients to explain mutual funds, insurance, and other investment offerings, and to generate leads and conversions.

The telecaller will follow up on inquiries, maintain call logs, update CRM or sales records, and schedule meetings or callbacks for senior advisors. Daily tasks include clarifying product features, answering basic customer questions,



and ensuring that all communication complies with regulatory and company guidelines. The role also requires collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and support ongoing marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills, including clear telephone etiquette and the ability to explain financial products in simple terms.
- Basic knowledge of mutual funds, insurance, and investment concepts, with willingness to learn and keep up with market trends.
- Sales and customer service skills, including lead generation, follow-up, and relationship-building with clients.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and maintaining accurate call and sales records.
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, manage time effectively, and perform in a target-driven environment.
- Prior experience in telesales of financial services mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: higher secondary or bachelor’s degree in business or finance-related studies.
