Key Responsibilities

- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales planning and execution.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales Team to consistently achieve individual and team targets.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of gym equipment sales, products, pricing, and market trends across India.
- Monitor customer interactions and improve customer satisfaction and post-sales service experience.
- Coordinate closely with the Logistics and Customer Service teams to ensure timely and accurate client deliverables.
- Regularly report to Senior Management on sales performance, stock levels, customer issues, operational bottlenecks, and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Marketing Team for effective lead generation and ensure proper follow-up and lead conversion by the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a solution-oriented approach.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of the daily Sales MIS by all team members.
- Track team performance, identify gaps,



and take corrective actions to improve sales productivity.
- Support the team in negotiation, customer handling, objection management, and deal closure.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, and other internal teams.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to team members to improve their sales performance.

Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales
- Proven experience in team handling and target achievement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong analytical and MIS reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Robust coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
- Highly proactive, target-oriented, and solution-focused.
