We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to lead, motivate, and manage our sales team while driving revenue growth and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coach team members and monitor sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets.
- Drive the team towards achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Monitor leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales pipeline.
- Guide team members on prospecting, pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Track and analyse key sales KPIs and prepare performance reports.
- Ensure proper and timely updating of CRM and sales trackers.
- Identify gaps in the sales process and implement corrective actions.
- Train and coach team members to improve their sales performance.
- Handle escalated customer queries and support the team in closing important deals.




- Coordinate with management and other departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Maintain a positive, target-oriented, and performance-driven team setting.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in sales/business development.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in handling or leading a sales team.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes, lead management, and conversion techniques.
- Good understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and manage a sales team.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with prior experience in the EdTech industry will be preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
