Role & responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing clients to understand their requirements.

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, online platforms, referrals, and other business channels.

- Conduct regular follow-ups with clientsand maintain strong professional relationships.

- Understand client needs and provide suitable product/service information and solutions.

- Schedule and conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and opportunities.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other pre-sales documentation as required.

- Address client queries, provide timely responses, and resolve initial concerns.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and client interactions in CRM/Excel.

- Track the status of prospects throughout the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.





- Support the sales team in achieving lead conversion and revenue targets.

- Build and maintain a robust database of prospective clients for future business opportunities.

- Collect client feedback and communicate relevant insights to the sales and management teams.

- Stay updated on company offerings, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively communicate value to clients.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Confident, persuasive, and professional approach.

- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to handle calls and client meetings effectively.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.

- Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
