Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site position based in Hazaribag. In this role, the Sales Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their financial needs, present suitable products and services, and support them in making informed investment decisions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, managing leads, following up on inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales activities.

and participate in training sessions to stay updated on financial products and market trends. The role also involves providing clear information, addressing client questions, and ensuring a positive, professional customer experience.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and build long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales abilities, including lead management and negotiation, with a focus on meeting or exceeding targets.
- Experience or interest in Sales Management and Training to support team performance and continuous learning.
- Basic understanding of financial products, investment concepts, and the ability to learn new offerings quickly.
- Ability to work on-site in Hazaribag, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple client engagements.
- Comfort using digital tools for documentation, CRM systems, and reporting.
- Previous experience in financial services, insurance, or related sales roles is an advantage.
- Relevant education in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred, though candidates with strong skills and experience will be considered.
