Sales

Pipeline & Customer Engagement Manage day-to-day sales pipeline and lead follow-ups Conduct customer calls, product discussions and demonstrations* Identify recent business opportunities and convert qualified leads2.

Sales Target

Achievement Own and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports* Drive the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure3. Conferences & Workshops Represent ONE Simulation at conferences, exhibitions and workshops* Engage with healthcare professionals, institutions and decision-makers* Generate leads and actively convert event opportunities into sales4.



Sales-Driven Mindset Strong hunger for achieving and exceeding targets Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills* Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment* Willingness to travel for customer meetings, conferences and workshops### What We’re Looking For* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Passion for sales and business development* Ability to build relationships and influence customers* Self-motivated, target-oriented and highly accountable* Experience in medical devices, healthcare, medical education, simulation or B2 B sales is an advantageJoin ONE Simulation and be part of our mission to transform healthcare education through simulation technology.
