Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This person will engage with walk-in clients, architects, interior designers, and homeowners to understand their requirements and present suitable wall finishes, textures, and lighting solutions.

Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and closing sales while maintaining accurate records in sales tools or CRM systems. The role also involves coordinating with design and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution, managing showroom displays,



and participating in sales campaigns or events.

The Sales

Specialist will contribute to revenue growth, uphold Nakkashi’s premium customer experience, and provide feedback on market trends and client preferences.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build trust, and deliver a premium in-studio experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive conversions, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed assigned targets.
- Candidates should possess Training capabilities to effectively educate clients and team members about product features, finishes, and design options.
- Relevant experience in showroom or luxury interiors sales, lighting, or home décor is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Delhi, India, including weekends or extended hours as required by client visits and showroom operations.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (CRM systems, spreadsheets, or POS software) and strong attention to detail in documentation.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is an advantage.
