Role Description:

This is a full time remote role for a Salesperson at Lapsus Creations. The Salesperson will identify and qualify prospective authors and clients, explain publishing services and packages, and guide them through the sales process from initial contact to closure. Daily activities include conducting online meetings or calls, managing inbound and outbound leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and coordinating with editorial and operations teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.

The role involves achieving sales targets, responding to inquiries promptly, and providing clear,



empathetic communication tailored to authors’ needs. The Salesperson will also gather feedback from clients to help refine service offerings and contribute to sales strategies that support the company’s mission of publishing every dream.

Compensation & Selection Process

Salary: ₹15,000/month fixed

Commission: 10% commission on every successful sale

Performance Bonus: Additional bonus commission on sales above the monthly sales target The monthly targets are designed to be realistic, minimal, and achievable. The role offers a strong opportunity to increase your monthly earnings through performance-based commissions.

Selection Process

As part of the hiring process, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a demo sales call as a practical task.

- Confidence in handling potential authors/customers
- Objection-handling skills

We are looking for people who are comfortable speaking with customers, genuinely enjoy sales, and are motivated by performance-based earnings. Fixed Salary + Unlimited Sales Commission + Performance Bonus.
