- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and current customers.

- Generate leads and identify new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.

- Visit customer sites regularly and understand their technical and product requirements.

- Promote hydraulic spare parts, components, and related products.

- Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers, and follow up for orders and payments.

- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and delivery.

- Provide basic technical assistance and recommend suitable products to customers.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

- Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.

- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer querieRole & responsibilities
