Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Revenue Generation professional who can independently generate business and revenue for Dofin Tech Private Limited on a fully commission-based model.

The role is focused on bringing paying clients, advertisers, and B2B customers to our products and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be confident in approaching businesses, building relationships, presenting products, closing deals, and continuously identifying new revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business by identifying and approaching B2B clients for our mobile applications, digital products, and technology solutions.
- Sell our Mobile Applications and digital solutions to businesses and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Bring local businesses and advertisers to our digital news and media platforms and generate recurring advertising revenue.
- Develop and execute practical sales and marketing strategies to increase product adoption, client acquisition, and revenue.




- Identify businesses that can benefit from Google Ads, digital advertising, sponsored content, and other promotional opportunities on our platforms.
- Conduct cold calling, direct business outreach, networking, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, decision-makers, marketing teams, and potential partners.
- Prepare sales pitches, proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions and drive prospects through the complete sales cycle until closure.
- Identify new markets, business categories, partnerships, and revenue opportunities for the company's products and platforms.
- Maintain a explicit pipeline of leads, prospects, follow-ups, conversions, and generated revenue.
- Work independently and take ownership of revenue generation rather than only suggesting marketing ideas.
