Sales Executive – Responsibilities

- Attend to customers, understand their requirements and provide good customer service.

- Guide customers in selecting the right products based on their needs, size, colour, fabric and budget.

- Explain product features, prices, offers and promotions clearly.

- Actively follow up with customers and convert enquiries/walk-ins into sales.

- Achieve daily, monthly and annual sales targets.

- Suggest additional or complementary products to increase sales.

- Maintain proper display, folding, arrangement and cleanliness of merchandise.

- Ensure products are properly stocked and inform the Store Manager about shortages or damaged items.

- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.

- Keep updated on current arrivals, products and ongoing offers.

- Support stock counting, store activities and other duties assigned by the Store Manager.

- Follow company SOPs, grooming standards, discipline and customer service guidelines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
