ob Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers and business clients.
- Generate current sales leads through calls, visits, references, and online platforms.
- Explain company products/services to customers and understand their requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers for closure.
- Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the operations and management team for order execution.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and follow-up status.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Travel to customer locations when required.

Requirements




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development.
- Ability to negotiate and convince customers.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office/Excel.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Freshers can also apply if they have good communication and sales skills.
