We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Representative to promote and sell our Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Food Processing Machines. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling customer enquiries, conducting product presentations, following up with leads, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.

- Handle enquiries from IndiaMART, digital marketing campaigns, references, and other sources.

- Contact customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct meetings.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machines.

- Explain product features, specifications, pricing, and benefits.

- Prepare and share quotations with customers.





- Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate showroom or factory visits.

- Regularly follow up with prospective customers until order confirmation.

- Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.

- Coordinate with the production, accounts, and dispatch teams regarding customer orders.

- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead status in the CRM or Excel.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Collect customer feedback and provide market information to the management.

- Support after-sales communication whenever required.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
