We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Sales Executive to join our retail team.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Explain product features, sizes, colours, prices, and offers to customers.
- Focus on upselling and cross-selling to increase sales.
- Maintain proper product arrangement and showroom presentation.
- Ensure all products are properly displayed and available on the sales floor.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain good coordination with the Store Manager and other team members.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two.
- Retail sales experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Salary:12000-15000 Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
