Roles and Responsibilities :

- Coordinate sales activities, including generating quotes, preparing proposals, and managing pricing negotiations.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions on product offerings and pricing strategies.

- Develop and maintain dashboards using advanced Excel skills to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales operations.

- Provide administrative support to the sales team by preparing reports, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Job Requirements :

- 1-8 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial equipment/machinery industry.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Solid understanding of SaaS software applications used for sales coordination, reporting, and quotation generation.
