- Appoint and manage Distributors / DBs across the assigned territory
- Cover retail outlets regularly and develop current outlets
- Generate new orders and achieve sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure proper product availability
- Check product expiry, stock rotation and merchandising
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Ensure timely collection and follow-up with customers
- Submit daily/weekly sales and market reports
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience
- Strong knowledge of the Mentioned District market
- Existing retailer/distributor network will be an advantage
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Vellore District
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required
