Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and connect with potential home loan customers.
2. Explain various housing loan products and interest rates to clients.
3. Build strong relationships with builders, channel partners, and walk-in clients.
4. Collect required customer documents and assist with credit checks.
5. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Company.
6. Maintain regular follow-ups until loan disbursement.

Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Graduate in any stream (12th pass with strong sales experience may also apply).

Experience: 0–3 years in direct sales, banking, or financial services (Loan/Insurance sector preferred).

Skills: Good communication, strong persuasion, and negotiation skills.

Mindset: Goal-oriented and eager to build a career in finance.
