Role Description The Sales Officer role at Bajaj Finserv is a full-time, on-site position based in Dongargarh.

The Sales

Officer will be responsible for identifying prospective customers, generating leads, and promoting Bajaj Finserv’s lending and financial products in the assigned territory. Daily activities include meeting customers, understanding their financial needs, explaining product features and advantages, and ensuring timely completion of sales processes and documentation. The role also involves coordinating with channel partners, tracking sales performance,



and providing post-sales support to maintain strong customer relationships.

The Sales

Officer will work closely with the branch and regional teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and explain financial products clearly.
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales Operations, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closure of sales.
- Exposure to Channel Sales, with the ability to collaborate effectively with partners and local intermediaries.
- Relevant experience in retail finance, banking, or NBFC sales is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field is advantageous.
- Comfort with on-site field work, including regular customer visits within Dongargarh and nearby areas.
- Ability to work towards defined targets, use basic digital tools (MS Office, mobile apps), and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in English and local languages, with strong interpersonal skills and a professional, ethical approach to sales.
