Key Responsibilities

- Support distributor and dealer operations in assigned territory

- Visit retail outlets regularly and ensure product availability & visibility

- Assist in achieving sales targets, numeric distribution, and outlet expansion

- Execute in-store promotions, schemes, and branding activities

- Coordinate with distributor sales staff for daily sales execution

- Collect market and competitor information

- Ensure proper reporting of daily sales activities

Desired Candidate Profile

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to work in the field and travel within the territory

- Target-driven mindset with learning orientation

- Knowledge of MS Excel & basic reporting is a plus
