Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Salem. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive event bookings across corporate and private segments. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and nurturing leads, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.

The Sales Marketing

Manager will plan and run marketing campaigns, manage social media and digital presence, coordinate with internal event teams,



and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales and marketing efforts. The role also involves market research, competitor analysis, and collaboration on promotional events and partnerships to expand Cube3 Events’ reach.

Qualifications

- Sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship building.
- Marketing strategy and execution skills, such as campaign planning, brand positioning, and promotional activities.
- Digital marketing capabilities, including social media management, content creation, and basic analytics.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for working with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple events and deadlines.
- Experience in event management, hospitality, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing environment in Salem, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events.
