About the Role

Looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales Executive cum BDM – Client Acquisition to drive new business opportunities, acquire clients, build strong client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, Tele-Sales, or Business Development and be comfortable communicating with prospective clients through phone, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and online meetings.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, references, databases, and other channels.
- Identify and approach potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Conduct outbound calls and regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Pitch company services/products and effectively communicate their value proposition.
- Qualify leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Schedule and conduct online meetings and demos with prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial discussions as required.
- Negotiate with clients and support successful business closures.
- Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Regularly update CRM/MIS reports and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding and post-acquisition delivery.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with leads until closure.
- Meet individual KPIs related to calls,



meetings, qualified leads, client acquisition, and revenue generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development / Client Acquisition / Tele-Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working with sales KPIs and revenue targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.
- Comfortable with calling, email communication, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a Work From Home environment.
