We are looking for an experienced Marketing Head to lead the overall marketing function and drive brand growth across digital and offline channels. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing result-oriented marketing strategies, strengthening brand positioning, generating quality leads, and improving customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead digital, social media, performance marketing, content and offline marketing initiatives.
- Build and strengthen brand positioning and market presence.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets with a strong focus on ROI and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance, market trends and competitor activities.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, agencies and external partners.




- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to achieve business growth targets.
- Develop innovative campaigns for clinics, centres, products and new business initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

- 10–15+ years of proven experience in a senior sales/marketing leadership role.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning and team-management skills.
- Experience in healthcare, Ayurveda, wellness, FMCG, clinics, franchise or related sectors would be an advantage.
- Solid understanding of B2C/B2B sales, channel development and customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
