We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to join our travel company and help us grow our B2B business.

The selected candidates will be responsible for visiting travel agencies, corporate clients, dealers, and other potential business partners to generate current leads and convert them into regular B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit travel agencies and potential B2B clients in the assigned market.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and business partners.
- Promote and sell our travel packages, tours, hotels, and other travel products.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed business.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Maintain regular communication with existing B2B clients and increase repeat business.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's B2B network.
- Coordinate with the internal operations team to ensure smooth execution of bookings.

Candidate Profile




- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with experience in B2B sales, field sales, travel sales, business development, or marketing will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting clients personally.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of the travel industry will be an advantage.
