✅ 5+ years of experience in real estate sourcing / land acquisition
✅ Robust network with brokers, landowners, and local stakeholders
✅ Ability to identify and evaluate potential properties / redevelopment opportunities
✅ Good understanding of real estate market dynamics in Mumbai (SOBO market)
✅ Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
