Qualification s

- Demonstrated experience in sales management, preferably in real estate or construction, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets




- .Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing techniques, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships
- .Solid communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical and project details clearly to diverse audiences
- .Solid understanding of local real estate market dynamics in Hubli-Dharwad, including customer preferences and competitive offerings
- .Ability to work on-site, conduct regular site visits, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, construction)
- .Good organizational, planning, and reporting skills, including basic proficiency with CRM tools and office productivity software
- .Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
