Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Kochi.

The Sales

Manager will lead and develop a local sales team, set and monitor sales targets, and drive revenue growth in assigned territories. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, meeting with prospective and existing customers, conducting product presentations, and building robust, long-term client relationships. The role involves tracking market trends, preparing sales reports, coordinating with marketing and operations teams, and ensuring that customer-centric values and service standards are consistently met.

Manager will also mentor team members, support their performance development, and contribute to expanding our reach across both rural and urban markets.

Qualifications

- Strong sales leadership and team management skills, with experience setting targets and coaching sales professionals.
- Proficiency in relationship building, customer service, and stakeholder management to support a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use insights for strategic planning and performance improvement.
- Familiarity with technology-driven sales tools or digital platforms, and comfort working in a data-informed environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in en_US and local languages as applicable.
- Proven experience in field sales or branch sales management, preferably within financial services or related sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, with readiness to travel within the region, including rural areas when required.
- Demonstrated integrity, accountability, and adherence to ethical business practices.
