Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee the end-to-end sales process for social media advertising services and solutions. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hazaribag, requiring daily collaboration with the agency’s marketing and operations teams.

Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting client meetings, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.

The Sales

Manager will develop and execute sales plans, track performance against targets,



and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. The role also involves monitoring market trends, providing feedback to improve service packages, training junior sales staff, and ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in sales strategy, lead generation, and pipeline management.
