Assistant Manager / Manager Sales

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in Maharashtra. The role involves sales of industrial automation and weighing solutions such as weighing scales, controllers, check weighers, bag filling machines, and weighing software.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales and business development across Maharashtra.
- Identify new customers, markets, and business opportunities.
- Develop and manage key accounts and build long-term customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical & commercial solutions.
- Conduct technical discussions and prepare techno-commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project execution and customer support.
- Expand business across industries including automation, OEM, food, agro, pharma, chemicals, and manufacturing.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or related field) preferred.




- MBA in Sales/Marketing is an added advantage.
- 612 years of experience** in direct or channel sales.
- Experience in industrial automation, weighing solutions, packaging machinery, OEMs, pharma, chemicals, or manufacturing preferred.

Skills

- Strong industrial automation/weighing solutions sales experience.
- Good understanding of industrial equipment and automation systems.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven with robust problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of the local language is preferred.
