Job Summary The Sales Manager Retail Parts is responsible for increasing retail parts sales in the assigned territory by developing new customers, maintaining solid customer relationships[PK1] , expanding market reach, and ensuring timely collection of payments.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.

- Develop new customers and expand the dealer/distributor network.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

- Increase market coverage and identify new business opportunities.

- Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

- Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

- Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.





- Submit regular sales and market reports.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- 2–3 years of sales manager experience.

- Experience in dealer/distributor sales is preferred.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valuable understanding of the market and customer needs.

- Robust sales and negotiation skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
