About the RolePinkcity Fincap (P) Limited is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive Home Loan and Loan Against Property business in Bangalore. Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly sales and disbursement targets. Generate business through direct and channel sales.
Manage and develop DSA, connector and other business relationships. Identify new customer acquisition opportunities. Guide and support sales team members in achieving targets. Monitor leads, applications, sanctions and disbursements.
Conduct regular market visits and develop new sourcing channels. Maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners. Coordinate with Credit, Operations and other internal teams.
Candidate
ProfileGraduate in any discipline. 1-2 years of experience in sales/business development.
Experience in Home Loan, LAP, secured loans, Banking or NBFC preferred. Strong team handling and sales management skills. Good communication, negotiation and relationship management skills. Solid target-oriented approach.
