About The Role We're hiring a Sales Manager to drive business growth for our PVC wire and cable manufacturing business. This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our dealer and distributor network, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

You'll work closely with electrical dealers, distributors, contractors, OEMs, and project customers while representing the company in the market and closing new business. We are looking for candidates with prior experience in the wire & cable, electrical products, or related industrial sectors who have a strong understanding of the electrical market and a proven track record in field sales.

What we look for

- 3–6 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the wire & cable, electrical, industrial products, or B2B manufacturing sector
- Strong understanding of the electrical market, including distributors, dealers, retailers, contractors, OEMs, and project-based sales
- Hands-on experience in field sales, customer acquisition,



lead generation, relationship management, and consistently achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build long-term customer relationships
- Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and manage sales activities with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of sales reporting, CRM tools, quotations, pricing, and order follow-ups
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify current business opportunities and expand market presence
- Willingness to quickly learn technical specifications of wire, cable, and electrical products to provide effective customer solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Note: This is a field sales role, not a desk job. The candidate will be expected to actively visit markets, identify and approach potential clients, meet distributors, dealers, retailers, contractors, and project customers, build relationships, conduct sales meetings, and independently close business opportunities. Extensive travel and regular customer visits are a core part of the role.
