Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage client relationships to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets, focusing on advertising solutions for clients.

- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to secure recent business deals, leveraging expertise in ad space selling.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

- 8-15 years of experience in Advertising & Marketing industry as an Ad Sales Manager or similar role.

- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently over time.

- Strong understanding of Client Relationship Management principles and practices.

- Excellent negotiation skills with ability to prepare effective proposal preparation.
