? Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the engineering industry

• Experience in Building Construction, Construction Machinery or Building Materials preferred

• Robust knowledge of sales, business development and customer handling

• Experience in dealer/distributor management will be an advantage

- Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
- Ability to independently develop new business opportunities and manage existing customers
