Respond to enquiries promptly & understand customer need

Follow up with leads & convert them into orders

Maintain records of leads, quotations, follow-ups & sales

Achieve monthly sales & conversion targets

Required Candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline

3–6 years of inside sales/tele-sales experience

Experience with Justdial & IndiaMART preferred

Valuable communication, negotiation & follow-up skills

Basic Excel & CRM knowledge
