Responsible for driving the hotel's sales and revenue growth by developing business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Handle corporate accounts, travel agents, event companies, and key accounts.
- Conduct client visits, sales calls, presentations, and business meetings.
- Identify new market segments and business opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, action plans, and regular sales reports.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and pricing.
- Coordinate with Front Office, F&B;, Banquets, Revenue, and other departments.
- Follow up on enquiries, proposals, contracts, and business leads.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client information.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events, and sales promotions.




- Handle guest/client concerns professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the Sales team through training, guidance, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate and leisure sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of the local market and corporate accounts.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with strong business development skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales/CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
