Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Gurugram Tehsil.

The Sales

Manager will oversee day-to-day sales activities, including managing client inquiries, conducting property presentations and site visits, negotiating deals, and closing sales in line with company targets. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their property needs, and advising them on suitable options.

Manager will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate listings, ensure accurate property information, and track market trends. The role also includes preparing sales reports, contributing to sales strategies,



and mentoring junior sales team members as needed.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in real estate sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust-based client relationships.

- Ability to analyze market trends, property values, and customer needs to recommend suitable real estate solutions.

- Competence in using CRM tools, basic office software, and digital communication platforms to manage leads and sales pipelines.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.

- Comfort working in an on-site, field-focused role in Gurugram Tehsil, including regular property visits and client meetings.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.

- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and familiarity with the Gurugram property market is an advantage.
