About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, target-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth within the B2C Corporate sales vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving regional sales targets, managing and mentoring a team of Sales Executives, and building strong relationships to deliver insurance solutions to corporate employee bases.

This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional with experience in Insurance Sales and some exposure to team management or mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Sales Executives, including freshers.
- Drive regional revenue growth and achieve assigned sales and business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and key stakeholders.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement strategies to improve productivity.
- Provide training, mentoring, and sales support to team members.
- Coordinate with internal operations and other teams to ensure smooth customer servicing.




- Focus on customer retention, business growth, and relationship management.
- Track market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Insurance Sales.
- Experience managing, mentoring, or leading sales team members will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good analytical ability to understand sales data, performance trends, and team productivity.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong team-building skills with a proactive and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in B2C, Corporate Sales, or Insurance Sales.
- Experience handling or mentoring a team of Sales Executives, including freshers.
- Strong track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Self-driven, confident, and capable of maintaining team motivation in a performance-oriented setting.
