Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive sales of surgical, rehabilitation and healthcare products. The candidate will be responsible for business development, hospital and doctor relationships, distributor management and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop new business through hospitals, clinics, doctors, dealers and distributors.
- Build strong relationships with surgeons, orthopedic doctors, physiotherapists, hospital purchase teams and administrators.
- Manage and develop distributors/dealers in the assigned territory.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations and demonstrations.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, sales and collections.




- Develop opportunities in private hospitals, government institutions and other healthcare segments.
- Lead and guide the sales team and monitor their performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and territory-wise business plans.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant sales experience in Medical Devices, Surgical Products, Rehabilitation Products or Healthcare Sales.
- Experience in hospital sales, doctor handling, distributor/dealer management and institutional sales is preferred.
- Experience in products such as surgical instruments, rehabilitation products, OT/hospital-use products, mobility or patient-care products will be an advantage.
- Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of territory development and channel management.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
