Sales Engineer / Asst. Manager / Manager – Factory Automation

Experience: 7–15 Years

Industry: Industrial Automation

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new & existing customers.
- Promote and sell Factory Automation products based on customer applications.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable technical solutions.
- Prepare technical & commercial quotations and customer proposals.
- Handle negotiations and support contract finalization.
- Analyze competitors and develop sales strategies.
- Maintain sales pipeline, database and offer follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and vendors.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Sensors, Vision Systems, Servo Motors & Drives.
- Control panel knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience with Mitsubishi, ABB,



Delta, Honeywell or Allen Bradley products.
- Strong communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Good knowledge of the Industrial Automation market with an existing customer portfolio.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Willingness to travel and work independently.

Qualification BE/BTech/Diploma – Electrical / Electronics / E&TC; / Instrumentation or MBA – Marketing.

Ideal Candidate: 7–15 years of relevant Industrial Automation Sales experience with solid customer relationships and a proven sales track record.
