Responsibilities

- Identify, Hire and train FOS.

- Help in dealer identification and onboarding.

- Engaging with dealers and brand promoters /ISDs to create and maintain visibility of PFL EMI options on stores.

- Promote PFL as preferred CD financer in the store/market assigned.

- Managing dealer and brand promoter /ISD relationships to drive targeted finance penetration.

- Gather pertinent insights on competition, monthly sales of dealer, and market trends by visiting dealers regularly.

- Fulfilling customer needs of Cross sell of VAS (EW/Insurance/EMI card) Lending product (STPL) and Gold Loan.

- Manage Non-starter collections of assigned geography.

- Assist dealer/partner in recon activity, portfolio management, trade advance and interest-bearing trade advance recon.

- Be self-starter and self-motivated.

- Exhibit ownership, punctuality, and integrity as key attributes for the role.

Qualifications

- Graduate and above,Post-graduate
