Job Role

Relationship Manager (RM) / Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) / Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) / Branch Manager (BM) / Assistant Branch Manager (ABM)

- Handle sales and business development for Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, and Housing Loans.

- Generate leads and acquire new customers through various sales channels.

- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.

- Manage the complete loan sales process from lead generation to disbursement.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, DSA agents, and business partners.

- Work closely with DSA agents to generate and convert loan leads.

- Manage and guide sales teams where applicable based on the assigned profile.

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers and ensure timely processing of loan applications.

- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, verification, approval, and disbursement.

- Ensure proper customer service throughout the loan process.

- Maintain accurate sales and customer records and provide regular performance updates.

Eligibility

- Qualification: 12th Pass and Any Graduation.





- Experience: Minimum 1–4 years of relevant sales experience.

- Prior experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans, or Housing Loans is mandatory.

- Experience in team management is required for applicable managerial profiles.

- Experience working with DSA agents is required.

- Good knowledge of Home Loans and LAP.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident and presentable personality.

- Robust sales and negotiation skills.

- Hustling and target-oriented attitude.
