Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth for our chocolate and chocolate-based products. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing distribution channels, building customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Manage and expand the company's distributor, dealer, retailer, and institutional customer network.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Lead and manage the sales team and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Plan and monitor sales activities, territory coverage, and customer visits.
- Ensure proper product availability and coordinate with production and dispatch teams.
- Negotiate with distributors and key customers regarding pricing,



schemes, and commercial terms.
- Track sales performance, collections, outstanding payments, and market feedback.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management.
- Conduct market visits and identify opportunities for increasing product penetration.
- Ensure effective execution of promotional activities and sales campaigns.
- Handle customer queries and resolve sales-related issues promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing will be an added advantage.
- 5–8 years of experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG, Food, Confectionery, Chocolate, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of FMCG distribution and channel sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong dealer/distributor and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and convincing abilities.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Valuable knowledge of market development and territory management.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel extensively for market visits.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
