Job Overview

Ashiyana Design World is looking for an experienced and target-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and sales activities across our Interior Design, Exterior Design, Construction, Renovation, Remodeling, and Turnkey Project services.

The ideal candidate should have strong sales and client-handling skills, the ability to generate and convert leads, and experience in the interior design, construction, real estate, architecture, home improvement, or related industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for interior, exterior, construction, renovation, and turnkey projects.
- Handle incoming leads and convert enquiries into client meetings, site visits, quotations, and confirmed projects.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits to understand project requirements, budget, design preferences, and timelines.
- Present company services, project concepts, quotations, and proposals to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, property owners, commercial clients, builders, architects, and other business prospects.
- Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, project management, and construction teams to ensure smooth pre-sales and project handover.
- Negotiate with clients and support commercial discussions while following company policies and pricing.
- Develop new lead sources through field marketing, referrals, networking,



local business connections, digital enquiries, and other channels.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, customer requirements, and opportunities in the interior and construction industry.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, site visits, quotations, conversions, and sales performance.
- Submit regular sales reports to management.

Travel & Driving Requirements
- A valid driving licence is mandatory for this position.
- The candidate must be comfortable travelling for client meetings, site visits, business development, and project-related work whenever required.
- The role may require travel of up to approximately 50 km from the company location depending on business requirements.
- Candidates should be comfortable travelling independently and managing multiple client/site visits when required.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in interior design, construction, real estate, architecture, building materials, or home improvement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into business.
- Strong follow-up and target-achievement skills.




- Ability to conduct site visits and travel for business development.
- Good understanding of residential and commercial projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Bengali and English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, MS Office, and digital lead management.
- Candidates with an existing local business/client network will be preferred.

Compensation

₹30,000 per month
