We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations and lead our team. You will set sales goals, build strategic plans, and coach team members to hit revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Hire, train, and guide sales representatives to meet or exceed quotas.

- Strategy Execution: Create and implement effective sales plans to expand our market reach.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and forecast revenue

- Reporting: Present regular sales and expense reports to senior management

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 0 to 3years of proven experience in sales or managing a sales team.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience: Should be in banking, lones or HL

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
