Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage the Agency Channel business.
- Recruit,



appoint and activate new insurance agents.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and partners.
- Drive business through the agency network and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network.
- Support agents with product knowledge, sales strategies and business development.
- Monitor agent performance and ensure achievement of business goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with the local market and customers.
