We are looking for an organized and target-oriented Sales & Inventory Executive to manage sales activities, stock movement, and inventory records. The ideal candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in beverage sales, retail, distribution, or inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day sales and inventory operations.

- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, sales, transfers, and closing inventory.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.

- Track product movement and identify slow-moving or fast-moving items.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.

- Coordinate with distributors, suppliers, warehouse, and retail teams.

- Process sales orders and ensure accurate dispatch and delivery.

- Reconcile physical stock with system inventory and investigate discrepancies.

- Support achievement of sales targets through effective product availability and customer service.

- Monitor product-wise sales performance and prepare MIS reports.

- Ensure proper storage, handling, and documentation of products.

- Maintain invoices, stock registers, purchase records, and other required documentation.





- Follow all applicable company policies and statutory requirements related to alcohol sales and inventory.

- Assist management with stock planning and sales forecasting.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's Degree in B.Com, BBA, BMS, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Retail Management, or a relevant discipline.

- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Inventory, FMCG, Beverage Distribution, Retail, or Warehouse Operations.

- Experience in alcohol/beverage distribution is preferred.

- Good knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, and sales reporting.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management software.

- Strong numerical, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Positive knowledge of statutory documentation and compliance related to regulated beverage products is an advantage.
