We are looking for a energetic and result-oriented qualified to lead the Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) Solar Sales vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and closing opportunities for rooftop and open-access solar projects in the C&I; segment. The role demands a strong understanding of solar energy solutions, commercial structuring, regulatory knowledge, and a proven ability to drive end-to-end sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the C&I; segment (Rooftop & Open Access).

- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across commercial and industrial sectors.

- Lead client engagement from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and closure.

- Conduct detailed site assessments, energy audits, and coordinate with engineering teams to design optimal solar solutions.

- Structure customized PPA, CAPEX, and OPEX (RESCO) offerings based on client needs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including corporate clients, consultants,



and channel partners.

- Stay updated with government policies, incentives, DISCOM regulations, and market trends in the solar domain.

- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews to management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams like engineering, finance, legal, and project execution for seamless delivery.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including corporate clients, consultants, and channel partners.
