Key Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.

- Understand customer requirements and introduce them to our products and services.

- Assist the sales team in generating leads and converting prospects into clients.

- Maintain and update lead and customer information.

- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.

- Schedule meetings and assist with sales presentations and discussions.

- Research potential customers, markets, and business opportunities.

- Support the team in achieving sales and business development targets.

- Prepare basic sales reports and provide regular updates on lead progress.

Requirements

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence in speaking with potential customers.





- Basic understanding of sales and business development.

- Ability to communicate professionally through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace is an advantage.

- Freshers and candidates with little or no prior sales experience are welcome.
